Cayman Chemical heptelidic acid
Subconfluent A375 melanoma cells (A) or melanocytes (B) were either mock treated or treated with the indicated concentrations of <t>heptelidic</t> acid (HA) for 96 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay. The percentage of viable cells was calculated compared to the mock-treated control which was set to 100%. Three independent experiments were performed (n = 3). Data are presented as means ± SEM. **p<0.01 and *p<0.05 vs control (ANOVA and Dunett´s test). # p<0.05 vs control and HA treatment.
